Necesito un software (para cambiar formatos de video)

Me gustaria saber si conocen un software para cambiar de formato de video, ya que el que tengo los pasa con mala calidad y creo que asi no tendria mucho caso el que los comparta. :?:

No entiendo tienes avi's y los quieres cambiar a mov's o algo asi? o lo que necesitas es capturarlos??

este te combierte avi,mpg,etc etc y tembien te los combierte a otra resolusion te descomprime y tambien extrae fotos es muy bueno solo que al convertir jala mucha memoria.
